Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details when available.

Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during peak periods or promotional events.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship across Australia.

Some products may also be available for international shipping depending on supplier availability.

Our products are shipped from trusted warehouses and fulfillment partners located in Australia and overseas.

As a result, items may arrive in separate packages.

Estimated Delivery Times

Australia:  
5–12 business days (items shipped from Australian warehouses)  
7–18 business days (items shipped from overseas warehouses)

Please note these are estimated timeframes only and are not guaranteed.

Delivery may take longer due to factors outside our control.

Possible Shipping Delays

Tracking Your Order

Tracking is available for most orders.

Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to update after dispatch.

If you have not received tracking within 7 business days, please contact us.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been shipped, we may not be able to make changes.

Trendior Galaxy is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you have not received it, please:

• Check around your property  
• Ask household members  
• Contact your local courier  

If the package is confirmed lost in transit, we will assist you in resolving the issue with the carrier.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can only be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement.

After this time, orders may already be processed or shipped.
